App: Nexara Print Service

Nexara Print Service is designed to connect compatible Android devices with supported printers.
The app does not sell personal data and does not use user data for advertising.

1. Information We Collect

Nexara Print Service does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, precise location, payment information, or advertising identifiers.

2. Bluetooth and Nearby Device Access

The app may request Android Bluetooth or nearby-device permissions in order to discover, connect to, and communicate with supported Bluetooth printers.

Bluetooth device information is used only for printer connection and printing functionality. Saved printer selections may be stored locally on the user's device so the app can remember preferred 58mm and 80mm printers.

3. Print Content

Nexara Print Service may receive print text or print commands from compatible applications, websites, WebView-based POS systems, or supported Android intents/deep links.

Print content is processed locally on the Android device and sent to the selected printer. Nexara Print Service does not intentionally upload print content to our servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes. The app does not include third-party advertising.

5. Local Storage

The app may store printer preferences and configuration settings locally on the device, such as the selected 58mm printer, selected 80mm printer, paper size, or similar printing preferences.

6. Internet Access

Core Bluetooth printing does not require personal data to be sent over the internet. If the app is launched by another web or POS application, that external application may have its own privacy practices. Users should review the privacy policy of the external system they are using.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to keep app functionality secure. However, no software or communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should pair only with printers and devices they trust.

8. Children's Privacy

Nexara Print Service is a business utility and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's functionality changes or when required for legal, security, or platform-compliance reasons. The latest version will be made available on this page.
